Obituary for Janet A. Nelson

Janet A. (Kennedy) Nelson, born September 19, 1940 in St. Paul, MN. Passed away May 24, 2019 after fighting a battle with terminal cancer. Janet married James Nelson on July 7, 1959.
She is survived by son – Michael Nelson; daughter – Sharon Nelson; grandchildren – Aaron, Sarah, Anna, and Ryan; great-grandchildren – Leonardo, Troy, Jax, and Kennedy; sisters – Rita Schwalk, Loretta (Dale) Ohmann, Maureen (Thomas) Anderson, Theresa (Douglas) Hunt and Lisa Kennedy.
She is preceded in death by her father – Daniel Kennedy, mother – Loretta (Brysky) Kennedy, and brother – Daniel Kennedy.
A Service of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at the Holy Cross Catholic Church in Cornell, WI. with Father Eric Linzmaier officiating.

Inurnment will follow the service at the St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery in Holcombe, WI.

Visitation will be held on Saturday from 9:30 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. at the Borton-Leiser Funeral Home in Cornell, WI.
